Happy New Year to you and your family!!! Not sure what to do with those salted pig heads, but I'd love to read/see what you do with them. :)
Unfortunately (or luckily) I dont' have one of those salted heads. I took the picture in a galician food shop in spain, couldn't wrestle a recipe out of the guy at the counter.
