The pictures aren't the best as they came off the cameraphone, but the food was good. I tested out my first hot pot dinner on our gait conference planning team. We had squid, fishballs, (tilapia, panko, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, cilantro, soy sauce, old bay) beef, bok choy, chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, and rice noodles. One side of the pot held chicken stock the other spicy chicken stock. I served a vietnamese dipping sauce (fish sauce, lime, peppers, sugar) an oyster and hoisin sauce mix. The prep work can be time consuming, but much of it can be done the day prior (sauces, stock). It turned out very tasty.
