Fresh sardines cooked "a la plancha" or on a griddle. We had lunch on the beach in Marbella. They where very flavorfull seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Mi daughter wasn't as impressed.
She had the roasted chicken
My Wife and Son had the same thing, Calamar a la Romana, (fried squid)
Good food in a beatiful setting.
