
I chopped some frozen scallop, some left over beef, onion, green onion and garlic


I made some chilli paste with dried red pepper powder, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic and sesame oil.

I stir fried all the ingredients

The soba boiled in some chicken stock which then went into the soup as the broth.

It could have used some more leafy vegetables, but I didn't have any. Tasted great though.
