quedaron muy buenos! solo hice cuatro guineos muy pequenos, pero los junte con una yucha que tenia.
yo no entiendo. que son guineitos? pero, me gusto salsa verde. es la comida vegetariano?
guineo is a banana, guineito is a little banana. These are cooked green bananas in escabeche, olive oil vinegar garlic onions and olives with salt and pepper. Jeannette's recipe from her great site, SazonBoricua, great recipes with awesome pictures... not like my blurry ones!
